Amaya is an excellent WYSIWYG web editor with many advanced features.

Amaya is an excellent visual web editor wherewith you will be able to create web pages (HTML and XHTML) easily.

But Amaya will also let you add advanced elements like style sheets CSS, MatchML expressions, SVG graphics, etc., allowing you to create powerful web sites. One of its best features is that it's not necessary to know HTML and/or CSS.

Amaya is a great web editor for many reasons. First, it is a navigator and web editor at the same time. Another nice feature is that you will be able to edit multiple documents on the web simultaneously. This is a great tool for webmasters. Edit and navigate characteristics are integrated into just one tool.

The other two great features of this software are that mathematical expressions (MathML) can be handled as structured components, in the same way as (X)HTML elements. Then, Amaya enables you to include vector graphics in web pages, following the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) specification. Just like Mathematical expressions, you can also manipulate SVG graphics within the web document easily.

Amaya is a complete web browsing and authoring environment. Amaya is a Web editor, i.e. a tool used to create and update documents directly on the Web. Browsing features are seamlessly integrated with the editing and remote access features in a uniform environment. This follows the original vision of the Web as a space for collaboration
